Document Description
Establishment of a 25,000 gallon/year winery in 9,500 square feet of new building and 11,600 square feet of associated caves. The caves proposed are to be used solely for the aging of wine in barrels. No storage of flammable materials of public assemblage is planned though individual visitors may occasionally tour the caves. The substantial amount of spoils generated is to be used to improve existing on-and off-site access roads and Friesen Drive. Related concurrent actions include paving portions of this road, improving its eastern-most crossing "over" Conn Creek, and installing a bar gate at its intersection with Buckeye Lane.
