Document Description
The proposed Sterling Meadows project consists of approximately 200 acres and proposes rezoning the property from AG-80 to RD-5, RD-7, RD-10, RD-10 with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), RD-20, Limited Commercial (LC), and Recreation (O) zoning designations for the development of single and multi-family residential dwellings, commercial, and parks. The project would subdivide the property into 1,179 residential lots, three park sites, paseos, landscape corridors, and major roadways.
