Document Description
The proposed South Pointe project consists of approximately 200 acres and proposes amending the City's General Plan to redesignate the site from Urban Development Area to Low Density Residential; rezoning the property from AG-80 to RD-4, RD-5, RD-7, and O Recreation zoning designations for the development of single family residential dwellings and pairs. The project would subdivide the property into 917 residential lots, three park sites, 20 landscape corridor lots, and one drainage lot.
