The project applicant is proposing to develop the 200+ acre site with a single-family residential project in the Franklin-Laguna Community Planning Area. The residential development includes 993 single-family lots, a park site lot and related roadway landscape lots. The site is located at the north side of Kammerer Road, 500 + feet west of State Route 99 at the north end of the property, and approximately 2/3 mile west of State Route 99 (see Plates PD-A, PD-B and PD-C).
