Construct 4-story, 85,000 gross square foot building on the Hearst Avenue frontage of the University's Oxford Tract property. Two levels of parking beneath the facility would house up to 200 parking spaces. Demolish 2223 Fulton and Warren Hall on the central campus of UC Berkeley. Amend the campus Long Range Development Plan to reflect demolition, expanded site of SRB 1, and parking as a replacement for parking proposed in the LRDP at the University Hall lot, three blocks south.
