Document Description
The City is updating their 2015 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) based on an updated traffic model and current development levels and revised forecasts for approved, but not yet constructed, development within the City. This could require amending the General Plan level of service (LOS) policy and/or constructing additional roadway and intersection improvements which were not previously identified in the 2015 CIP EIR. The Supplement will address potential policy changes and additional roadway and intersection improvements with the new traffic model.
