Document Description
The site contains approximately 100 acres located southwest of Coleman Avenue, northwest of Newhall Street, northeast of the Southern Pacific Railroad lines, and east of the jurisdictional boundary with the City of Santa Clara. The project consists of a Planned Development Rezoning from M-4 to A(PD) Planned Development for the FMC Master Plan to allow development of up to 3.0 million square feet of office, R&D, retail, hotel, car rental and airport parking uses.
