Document Description
The site contains approximately 99 acres located southwest of Coleman Avenue, northwest of Newhall Street and Interstate 880, northeast of the Southern Pacific Railroad lines, and east of the jurisdiction boundary with the City of Santa Clara. The project consists of a Planned Development Rezoning from M-4 to A(PD) Planned Development for the FMC Master Planand other related entitlements to allow development of up to approximately 200,000 sq.ft. of commercial uses, 939,000 sq. ft. of industrial/R&D/office uses, a 3,300 stall car rental facility, and a 300-room hotel (Scheme 1) OR to allow development of the entire site with 1.8 million sq.ft. of industrial/R&D/office uses. The development would also include various associated improvements.
