Document Description
The applicant has submitted this application in order to subdivide Lot B of a previously approved Tentative Map (P99-107) into five single-family unit lots. The proposed project consists of subdividing the 0.75 acre Lot B site into five single family lots. The average lot size for the subdivision is 6,539 square feet. The residential units would range from 1,109 square feet to 1,314 square feet and wil be one and two stories in height. A variance is requested to reduce and stagger the front setbacks to maximize rear yard areas and provide for front porches. The residential units would be within the 65 dB noise contour of State Highway 50.
