The project is proposed to be located at Marion Park, on the north side of Grant Avenue, between Seventh and Eighth Streets, APNS 141-212-19 & 21
The proposed project involves the construction of a 90-feet-wide by 160-feet-long (14,400 square feet) skate area. The skating surface will be constructed of reinforced concrete, including stairs, bowls, walls, curbs, and ramps. Additional items proposed for construction are public restrooms, paths between the skate area and restrooms, and the installation of trees for visual screening.
