Document Description
The Anderson Redevelopment Agency proposes the creation of a Redevelopment Area. The Redevelopment Area would be eligible for programs designed to eliminate blight and to stimulate private investment, including housing rehabilitation, downtown revitalization, industrial lot preparation and infrastructure improvements. Programs would be established in accordance with the California Community Redevelopment Law.
