The project includes parallel potable and recycled water storage and transmission pipeline improvements needed to serve both current and future demands in EBMUD's service area. Proposed storage and pipeline improvements for the Scenic Pressure Zone (PZ) add new facilities to an existing PZ serving the southeast portion of EBMUD's service area. The parallel recycled water to the northeastern portion of the San Ramon Valley Recycled Water Program (SRVRWP) service area. The overall planning, design and construction effort is estimated at $13 million.
