Document Description
The Response to Comments document has been prepared to respond to comments received by Contra Costa County on the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Camino Tassajara Combined General Plan Amendment Study. The Camino Tassajara Combined General Plan Amendment Study includes two residential development proposals, labeled as Intervening Properties/Remaining Intervening Properties Project and Alamo Creek Project, on a 766 acre site in an unincorporated area of Contra Costa County adjacent to and east of the Town of Danville. The project site is currently undeveloped and used as grazing land. The Project Sponsors are seeking various approvals that would permit up to 1,387 total residential dwelling units (1,193 new units) and supporting schools, parks, and other community facilities.
