Document Description
This project involves two proposed residential development projects located along Camino Tassajara in an unincorporated area of contra Costa County south and east of Lawrence Road adjacent to the Town of Danville. The two residential developments are the Intervening Properties/Remaining Intervening Properties Project (also referred to as the IP/RIP Project) and the Alamo Creek Project. The Draft EIR assesses the potential environmental effects of the combined IP/RIP Project and Alamo Creek Project, referred to as the Intergrated Project in the document. The Integrated Project would involve residential development total of 1,387 residential units (1,193 new residential units) and constructon of numerous amenities (such as schools, school playfields, soccer fields, trails, etc.) on approximately 766 acres of land . The project applicants are seeking several actions, including General Plan amendments, rezoning development entitlements and approval by LAFCO for annexation to regional service and utility districts.
