The purpose of this change petition is to add a source and a point of diversion to an existing license. The petitioner seeks to add the Willow Slough Bypass as a second source, and divert water by use of a temporary summer dam built in the low-flow channel of Willow Slough Bypass. The project is located qpproximately 3 1/2 miles northeast of the City O Davis, immediately east of the City's Waste Water Treatment Plant.
