No tract map or use permit applications are being considered at this time. The project includes a Zoning Ordinance Amendment. Proposed land use designations are Open Space, Single Family Medium Density Residential, and Resort Commercial. The proposed General Plan Land Use Designations. The proposed residential zoning would allow up to 83 residences on the site.
