Document Description
Creation of a wetlands mitigation bank on the CDFG Rancho Jamul Ecological Reserve, along portions of Dulzura and Jamul Creeks. Approximately 45 acres of wetland vegetation would be created, 8 acres of existing wetlands enhanced, 1.7 acres of unvegetated Waters of the U.S. created, and 17 acres of oak and other riparian habitat created. A long-term management plan would be created for the bank lands, and management funded through an endowment program.
