Document Description
The proposed Civic Center / Metlox Development consists of a combined Civic Center redevelopment project (approximately 97,000 square feet) and a private commercial mixed-use development (approximately 90.000 square feet). The two sites are contiguously located (north/south) which provides the opportunity to integrate the public and private developments into a single project. The two sites are connected with a pedestrian linkage at 13th Street.
