The proposed Civic Center / Metlox Development consists of a combined public Civic Center (Police and Fire Department facilities) and a private commercial mixed-use development (Metlox). The two sites are contigously located (north/south) and provide an opportunity to integrate the public and private developments into a single project. The two sites are connected with a pedestrian linkage at 13th Street.
