Document Description
The school district requests a general plan amendment from the County of San Luis Obispo to re-designate the 14.7 acres of the Rhoades property to Public Facilities. A development plan permit and coastal permit will be required to develop a new elementary school. In order to provide water and wastewater disposal to the lot, the School District will request annexation to the Cambria Community Services District (CCSD). Changes will also be needed to the Urban Services Line and the Urban Reserve Line.
