Coast Unified School District is in need of a new elementary school. Needs analyses are available with the School District and based on these studies, a new elementary school is required to facilitate existing and future student demand. The District has conducted two bond issues over the past three years and both bond issues failed. The District has since been granted state hardship funding to build the new school.
