Document Description
Installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 36-inch diameter reinforced concrete stormdrain pipe, replacement or modification of eight street inlets, and construction of an outlet structure at the downstream end of the project. Stormdrain pipes would be placed under the eastern end of Bronco Drive and PVDE from approximately 350 feet south of Bronco Drive to approximately 800 feet southeast of Headland Drive. The Last segment of this storm drain would be installed form the end of the PVDE segment through the side and rear yard of a developed single family residential property at 28180 Palos Verdes Drive East. The stormdrain system would terminate at a concrete outlet struture to be constructed approximately one foot above the drainage course at the toe of the southfacing slope behind the residential property. All improvements will occur within existing public street right-or-way or existing easements on the affected private property.
