Amend Condition No. 9 of Resolution no. 6562 of Architectural Design Review No. 2005-026 of the Phase 1b approval for the Westfield Santa Anita Mall to increase the permitted restaurant space from 10,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet, including outdoor dining space. This condition amendment was reflected in Resolution No. 6805 adopted by the City Council on December 6, 2011. The overall 100,800 square feet of Gross Leasable Area in Phase 1b will not change. Phase 1b is part of a larger regional shopping center that totals over 1.3 million square feet of Gross Leasable Area.
