Document Description
The project is a major subdivision of an 11.21-acre parcel into five single family residential lots. The project will access from a private easement road (Las Palmas Road) which will be extended east. Pads, septic systems and utilities will be installed. Otay Water District will provide water service. The rock outcroppings and native vegetation shall be preserved on-site to maintain aesthetic value and community character. However, the project shall also include off-site mitigation for impacts to the native habitat since the small area proposed for preservation would not constitute a biologically viable patch of open space.
