Document Description
The project is a major subdivision of an 11.21-acre parcel into five single family residential lots. The project will access from a private easement road (Las Palmas Road) which will be extended east. Pads, septic systems and utilities will be installed. Otay Water District will provide water service. Impacts to 1.1 acre of Coastal sage scrub habitat will be mitigated with the purchase of 1.1 acre of Coastal sage scrub habitat in a County approved mitigation bank within the Metro-Lakeside-Jamul Subarea of the County of San Diego's Multiple Species Conservation Program (MSCP). The project is found to conform with the MSCP and Biological Mitigation Ordinance (BMO).
