Document Description
This project EIR analyzes the potential environmental consequences of demolishing two existing buildings in downtown Fresno (862 Van Ness Avenue and 844 Van Ness Avenue) and constructing an approximately 174 thousand gross square feet, five story, 103 foot tall Fresno County administrative office on this site. 862 Van Ness Avenue is a two -story parking garage (referred to hereafter as the Arco garage building) that is a historic resource as defined in Section 15064.5. 844 Van Ness Avenue is a one-story furniture store with no historical significance.
