Document Description
The project proposes construction of 223 detached, single-family lots and an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse on approximately 157 acres (23 acres are city-owned and the remaining are privately-owned). The city and private owner would act in partnership to develop the golf course, which would also be developed with stormwater drainage facilities. Requested discretionary approvals include GPA for land use and circulation elements, tentative subdivision map; conditional use permit; rezone to planned development; master, preliminary, and precise development plans; and a development plans; and a development agreement.
