Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of eight single and multi-story apartment complexes. Each complex is spatially organized around a central parking courtyard. The complexes are oriented in a north to south configuration that directs views to the west. The total project will contain 142 residential units with approximately 183,209 gross square feet on 11.63 acres. Building heights will rise 35 feet with the tower elements rising an additional 4 feet in height.
