Document Description
The proposed project consists of construction of an addition to Grossmont College's existing Learning Resources Center, as well as a remodel and reuse of the old building. The 44,716 assignable square foot addition, located in an open area immediately north of the existing building, would have two above-grade floors, along with a partial basement, daylighted on the west side. Upon completion of the expansion, the library and learning resources functions would be relocated into the addition, and the old building would be remodeled for use as a "computer mail" and faculty offices.
