Lake Alpine Water Company, on September 6, 1993, filled Petitions for Change for Licensed Application 20312 (License 10840) and 21485 (License 11007). The Petition for Change were to change the Purposes of Use and Places of Use. The applicant has the right to divert 0.075 cubic feet per second(CFS) year-round by direct diversion from two unnamed streams tributary to Bear Creek thence Bloods Creek thence the North Fork of the Stanislaus River, Alpine County.
