THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN BETWEEN EUCLID AND EL CAJON IN THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO, IN AN UNNAMED TRIBUTARY TO CHOLLAS CREEK IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
