Document Description
The project shall extend an existing trapezoid concrete drainage channel by approximately 60 linear feet (8 feet wide at bottom of channel and 21 feet at top of channel) within an segment of unimproved drainage channel, i.e. stream. The project requires the removal of 177 cubic yards of material from the stream, and shall effect approxiamately 2,240 square feet (0.05 acres) of streambed and/or bank. The project includes the contribution of $14,000 to the Ventura River Watershed Habitat Restoration Fund In-Lieu Fee Program (managed by the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy) to compensate for the project's effects on the stream and associated habitat.
