PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET OF NATURAL GAS PIPELINE THAT PARELLELS THE PARK ROAD IN SAN ONOFRE STATE BEACH. THE PIPELINE WILL BE EXCAVATED AND RAISED TO ALLEVIATE STRESS CAUSED BY LANDSLIDE ACTION IN THIS AREA. THE PIPELINE IS 5 FEET EAST OF THE ROAD. NO POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO THE ENVIRONMENT IS ANTICIPATED.
