APPROVAL OF PETITION TO LOWER EMISSION LIMITS FOR THE PROJECT IN RESPONSE TO VOLUNTARY CONVERSION OF OF THREE GAS TURBINES FROM A WATER-INJECTED QUIET COMBUSTION SYSTEM TO DRY-LOW NOx (DLN) COMBUSTION SYSTEM. THE ACTION WILL ALLOW THE PROJECT TO CREATE EMISSION REDUCTION CREDITS (ERCs) FOR FURNITURE PROJECT EXPANSION PLANS.
