PROJECT CONSISTS OF PERCOLATION TESTING TO DETERMINE SUITABILITY FOR NEW LEACHLINE INSTALLATION FOR THE WEST LOT RESTROOM IN THE UPPER RESERVE AREA OF TORREY PINES SR. EIGHT PERCOLATION BORINGS AND TWO OBSERVATION BORINGS WILL BE DRILLED ALONG THE PROPOSED LINE. AN ARCHAEOLOGIST WILL INSURE AVOIDANCE OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO CULTURAL REMAINS. NO POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO THE ENVIRONMENT IS ANTICIPATED.
