Document Description
The Operator to alter the streambed to backfill the drainage culvert and relocated the drainage to a new v-ditch culvert. The project ocnsists of the following (1) stabilize the slope to decrease the amount of erosion. (2) construct a half concrete and half soft-bottom v-ditch with non-grouted rock slope, (3) backfill the current soft-bottom drainage and reconstruct the sideslope to a 2:1 slope. The project will impact 0.85 acres stream channel, of which 0.10 consists of wetland vegetation (including, but not limited to, mulefat, sedge, cattail, and willow). As mitigation, the Operator will remove all non-native vegetation from the channel and plant live willow cuttings in the upgrouted riprap portion of the channel. Monitoring of the site will be conducted annually for three years.
