THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF REHABILITATION OF EXISTING ROADWAY, UNDER GROUNDING UTILITIES (WITH NO EXPANSION OF CAPACITY) AND THE ACQUISITION OF 9,850 SQUARE FEET (1,970 LINEAR FEET BY 5 FOOT WIDTH) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURB, GUTTER AND PEDESTRIAN SIDEWALK. THE PROJECT WILL BE COMPLETED IN TWO PHASES. PHASE I FROM BURNS VALLEY MAIL TO MADRONE STREET WILL HAVE A 2,2550 SQUARE FOOT ACQUISITION AND PHASE II, FROM MADRONE STREET TO PINE STREET WILL HAVE A 7,400 SQUARE FOOT ACQUISITION.

THE UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING WILL NOT EXPAND CAPACITY OF SERVICE (CLASS 2, SECTION 15301 (c). THE ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY BEING AQUIRED FOR CURB, GUTTER AND SIDE WALK IMPROVEMENTS IS LESS THAN 10,000 SQUARE FEET IN AREA WITH EXISTING PUBLIC SERVICES AND FACILITIES (CLASS 1, SECTION 15301 (e) (2).
