Document Description
The District will excavate two thousand five hundred cubic yards of debris material in and around the openingof the outlet structure to the Twitchell Dam in order to clear the outlet area of debris. The District will also construct a temporary road accessory to Twitchell Dam and move 10,000 cubic yards of material for removal of the debris from the dam.
