Document Description
Widen the paved median shoulder on I-5 in Siskiyou County near the city of Mt. Shasta. The existing five foot wide paved median shoulder will be widened to a width of 10 feet for a distance of approximately 0.3 mile on the northbound side of the highway. The purpose of the project is to provide extra shoulder width to allow errant drivers more recovery room.
