CALTRANS PROPOSES TO PURCHASE RIGHT OF WAY PACEL (APN 33-080-036), A SINGLE FAMILLY RESIDENCE ON 2.6 ACRES ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HWY 70 UPGRADE AND CORNELIUS ROAD OWNED BY MR. AND MRS. GABHART. THE PARCEL IS INCLUDED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY NEEDED FOR THE HWY 70 UPGRADE PROJECT. THIS RIGHT OF WAY PURCHASE IS AUTHORIZED BY SENATE BILL 1784, AND THE ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS FOR AQUISITION IS INCLUDED IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT/STATEMENT FOR THE YUBA-SUTTER 70 UPGRADE PROJECT.
