Document Description
Project consists of the construction of a sedimentation basin and a combination culvert/energy dissipator on the western side of Los Penasquitos Marsh Natural Preserve in Torrey Pines SR. The basin will be 110 feet long and 55 feet wide and the dissipator/culvert will be 90 feet long. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
