Currently zoned Public Use and used for agriculture and recycled water irrigation site through White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility.
The project is a 400 acre sports complex including indoor and outdoor sports faclities, hotel, dorm, medical center, training center, retail center and RV park, all of which provide support services to complex visitors. The project also upgrades facilities at White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility with tertiary treatment.
