Document Description
The proposed project involves development of a multi-use community park on 25 acres at the southwest corner of Bruceville Road and Big Horn Boulevard. Development of the park site would be completed in three seperate phases and could ultimately include development of a multi-use sports complex with lighted fields, a skateboard park, parking facilities, an operations and maintenance facility, a community center, and an aquatics center. Implementation of the proposed project would also include development of a future commercial lease space of approximately 10,000 square feet near the northeast corner of the park site.
