Document Description
Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit for the development of a new "V" type outdoor sign (double faced) on a 25 acre parcel currently developed with two existing outdoor sign structures. In addition, the parcel is used for agricultural grazing. The new sign structure will support two signs visible to vehicle traffic along U.S. Highway 101, (one sign for southbound traffic, the other for northbound). Viewed from above, the sign structure will form a "V" shape. Each sign face will measure 14 feet high and 48 feet wide, with total sign structure height is 38 feet above grade. The structure will be mounted on one metal pole and illuminated for night time visibility. Applicant has secured California Department of Transportation Outdoor Advertisting Sing Permits. The project is located in the Coastal Zone.
