Document Description
The proposed project consists of an amendment to the existing redevelopment plan and project area to include two additional non-contiguous areas: 1) the Capitola Village area, and 2) the area centered on the Rispin Mansion. The existing Redevelopment Project Area consists of the Capitola Mall, Capitola Auto Plaza and nearby commercial and residential areas and was adopted by the City Council in 1982. With approval of this plan amendment, timeframes and redevelopment activities will be extended with the existing project area.
