Document Description
The Dublin Ranch project is a 515-acre residential and commercial development. The project site is known to be occupied or provide suitable habitat for a number of special status plants and animals including California tiger salamander (CTS), California red legged frog (CRLF) and San Joaquin kit fox (SJKF). The project impacts will result in the filling of approximately 5.25 acres (5,548 linear feet) of drainages and two ponds. The ponds consist of an approximately 0.92-acre perennial pond near the center of the site and the 0.25-acre pond near Fallon Road, both of which are known to provide habitat for CRLF and CTS. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1249 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator.
