Document Description
The proposed project would consists of a residential subdivision to create 32 new single family dwelling units on a 2.65 acre site. The project is located at the southeast corner of Oak and Grand Avenues in City of South San Francisco. Currently there is a triplex on the property (in the northern corner) which would be retained, therefore the project would result in a 33-lot subdivision. There is an existing two-story single-family structure located on the western portion of the site which would be demolished. The site also includes a pump house, wooden water tank and storage shed which would also be demolished. The Lux Barn, also on the site, would either be demolished or moved. The site has been in limited agricultural use since the 1930's.
