Document Description
The proposed project consists of the adoption and implementation of the Monument Boulevard Area Amendment to the Pleasant Hill Commons Redevelopment Plan. Development of the proposed project area under the criteria of the current Pleasant Hill General Plan could result in a net increase of up to approximately 100,000 square feet (sf) of new commercial uses over the life of the plan, including the conversion of approximately five acres of currently developed residential land to commercial uses on the Monument Boulevard Triangle area.
