Document Description
The proposed project consists of the Monument Boulevard Area Amendment to the Pleasant Hill Commons Redevelopment Plan. Development and redevelopment of the proposed project area under the criteria of the current Pleasant Hill General Plan would result in a net increase of approximately 100,000 square feet (sf) of new commercial uses over the life of the plan, including the conversion of approximately five acres of currently developed residential land to commercial uses on the Monument Boulevard Triangle area.
