Pump station at Windsor Water Reclamation Treatment Plant and about 1,000 ft. of 12-in. diameter pipeline traveling through plant and along Windsor Rd. to connect to existing Geysers Pipeline at Windsor Rd. and Reiman Lane. Project would provide an annual average of 750,000 gallons per day of recycled water to the Geyers.
